About the questionnaire

There is no time limit to this questionnaire, but it will probably take you about 10 to 15 minutes to complete.

There are no right or wrong answers. If you agree more than you disagree with a statement then simply circle the number of that statement. If you disagree more than you agree with a statement then put a cross over the number of that statement.

Be sure to circle or cross each statement.

As a guide to filling in the questionnaire, focus yourself on a particular environment; say a work situation or a social situation.

It is accepted that the world forces us to be different people at different times, but for the sake of this questionnaire, circle only what you feel most comfortable being most of the time.
